REGISTRATION AND ADMISSIONS

The admission procedure begins with registration in which you can get your child's name on the school registers for admission purposes. Registration itself does not guarantee admission. A receipt is given along with the registration form and prospectus in return for the registration fee. Registration depends entirely on the announcement of dates and availability of seats at the school.

ADMISSION TEST/ INTERVIEW

The school prepares admission tests in accordance with each level of class/grade. Each student will be required to qualify in the written test. Teachers nominated by the school head will assess each test paper according to a defined criterion. A child passing the admission test will be called for an interview. The interview will focus on evaluating the general aptitude and presentation of child.

SIBLING DISCOUNT FACILITY

Sibling discount facility of 10% is applicable on the second child of a family while holding admission in the same school.

WITHDRAWALS

If a student decides to withdraw for any good reason, the school requires a proper application on the prescribed form duly signed by either of the parents giving one month prior notice or one month fee will be deducted from the security refund.
Students asking for withdrawal after 30th April will pay school dues till July of that academic session. The school fee may be reviewed every year or time to time with or without notice due to inflation and/or increase in direct or indirect recurring costs.

EXAMINATION/ TESTING, GRADING AND PROMOTION PROCEDURES

Class tests, oral and written assignments will be a part of daily student teaching and assessment program. Monthly assessments will be conducted in the last week of each month.
Term exams will be held two times in the course of an academic year i.e. in December and May.
Term marks will be included in the Final Result and promotion to the next class will depend on the student doing well throughout the year.
